Semi Auto Conveyor Slaughtering Factory

Using the Semi auto conveyor slaughtering system, Kim's Slaughter Factory has a slaughtering capacity of 8,000 chicken per day which are bought from farmers on our out-grower farming system (Thanks to Kim's Poultry Care Center which ensures continuous chicken supply even in times of chicken shortage!) The slaughter capacity can be increased to 10,000 chicken per day as we expand.

The chicken processing line is inspected by health officials, and all processed chicken are issued a certificate from the government to show that the slaughtered chicken are of good quality and are fit for human consumption.

Below are some of the procedures we follow in preparing our products.

  • Hanging the chicken to the conveyor line
  • Electric stunning machine (just enough to knock the chicken out for easy slaughtering)
  • Humane killing (HALAL)
  • Bleeding
  • Scalding (water temperature control by digital sensor)
  • Plucking by machine
  • Evisceration
  • Manual washing
  • Chilling tank line
  • Dripping
  • Grading according to size
  • Packing and weighing
  • Storing in the cold room to await delivery

The factory has created employment for about 30 (thirty) casual workers and 10 Permanent employees.


The products which we supply to our customers are usually checked and confirmed to be of very high quality. Kim's Poultry Dressed Chicken are Fresh, Tender and Better Tasting.
